Delivery Coverage

We deliver products across all regions in Bangladesh using trusted third-party courier partners such as Sundarban Courier, Pathao, RedX, and others.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Dhaka Metro Area: 1–3 working days
• Outside Dhaka: 2–5 working days
• Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, location, and unforeseen circumstances (e.g., bad weather, political unrest, courier delays).

Shipping Charges

• Inside Dhaka: ৳60–৳80 (depending on product type & weight)
• Outside Dhaka: ৳100–৳150 (depending on location)
• Shipping cost will be clearly displayed during checkout.

Order Processing Time

• Orders placed before 4:00 PM are usually processed the same day.
• Orders placed after that will be processed the next working day.
• Processing includes order confirmation, packaging, and handover to the courier service.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via SMS or email. You can track your parcel via the courier’s tracking page or by contacting our support team.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers must ensure that the shipping address and contact number provided during checkout are accurate. GadgetBuys.com is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.
